Sale: Everyday Taper Candles

These are considered factory seconds because they contain minor cosmetic flaws that are the inherent result of the handmade process. Every so often, a candle turns out a little too small or large, contains an air pocket on the surface, or a few bumps from wax run-off. One thing they all have in common, however, is that they will burn beautifully!

Each taper is hand dipped in naturally filtered 100% molten beeswax at just the right temperature. This time-honored process creates an elegant, even-burning candle. When kept out of drafts, these candles will burn drip-less because of the high melting point of beeswax. 

Standard diameter candles come in pairs (2 candles) and have a 7/8" base diameter. Burn time is one hour per inch of length

For best results:

• Before lighting for the first time, trim the wick to ¼ inch. As the candle burns, the wick generally trims itself.
• Keep away from open windows, fans, and drafts.
• Place hand behind candle when blowing out.
• For best results, extinguish the flame with a snuffer to avoid a smoldering wick.
• Do not leave burning candles unattended.
